We want you to love your Flagness pieces. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
- To start a return, email maha93.7009@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Return the item and place a new order, or email us and we'll help.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
